Digital Communications Associate

Elisabeth joined Rose Community Foundation in November 2023 as the Digital Communications Associate. In this role, Elisabeth helps to create compelling content to highlight the organization and its donor and nonprofit partners, amplify the Foundation’s thought leadership on key issues and promote a culture of engaged philanthropy. Elisabeth has spent the past five years as the Pre-Litigation Managing Paralegal for a Phoenix-based law firm, where she was responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of paralegals and overseeing cases from initial intake to the final distribution of settlements. She also served as the Outreach and Communications Coordinator for Chicanos Por La Causa, with a specific focus on promoting their Workforce Solutions Program. Elisabeth was instrumental in maintaining CPLC’s robust social media presence, updating the organization’s website, and creating compelling content to spotlight the success stories of workforce clients. Elisabeth received her BA in Journalism from the University of Arizona, where she worked as an intern and reporter for various media outlets including the Arizona Daily Wildcat, El Independiente Magazine, and Experience AZ Magazine.
