“The support and expertise offered by the philanthropic services team is amazing and helps our family leverage our gifts to make a much bigger impact than we could on our own.”

Make a lasting impact by partnering with Rose Community Foundation in your philanthropy.

Donor-advised funds
A donor advised fund, which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to qualified nonprofits. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.

Designated and field of interest funds
A designated or field of interest fund allows you to provide an ongoing and reliable stream of operating support for a particular nonprofit or community cause. Our staff will ensure your fund continues to honor your charitable intent for generations to come.

Bequest or legacy gift

A simple and versatile way to ensure both Rose Community Foundation and/or your chosen nonprofit can continue its work for years to come. The Foundation offers a variety of personalized services and supports to help you create a highly personalized legacy.

Charitable remainder trust

If you have a sizeable estate and are also looking for ways to receive reliable payments, there are many advantages of a charitable remainder trust. There are two ways to receive payments with charitable remainder trusts: the annuity trust pays you the same dollar amount you chose at the start, whereas the unitrust pays you a variable amount based on the fair market value of the trust assets.

Charitable gift annuity

Involves a simple contract between you and a nonprofit where you agree to make a gift to the organization in exchange for a fixed income payment for life. At the end of its term, the balance goes to the nonprofit to support its mission.

Charitable lead trust

After a donor makes a gift, the trust pays income to the donor’s designated nonprofit first, for a term of years or for the donor’s lifetime. After that, the trust assets are passed back to the donor or designated beneficiaries.
