Rose Community Foundation’s Endowment Building Pathways are offered to nonprofit organizations that are ready to promote a culture of endowment giving through current or future gifts.

We offer different pathways designed to give your staff and board members the training to integrate endowment building and legacy giving into your development work and incentives to help launch or grow your endowment fund.

“Rose Community Foundation helped us translate the idea of an endowment into a reality with a plan to expand the fund moving forward, and we did it while building relationships with other organizations. I strongly recommend this program to other organizations on the cusp of launching an endowment.”

– Kate Brennan, Chief Executive Officer, Minds Matter Colorado
