Health
As a health care conversion foundation, Rose Community Foundation has long supported organizations and policies that improve health outcomes for Greater Denver communities and reduce health disparities among residents.
The goal of our Health impact area is to support accessible information, resources and systems to improve the health of people and communities, which we advance with the following priorities across the seven-county Denver metro area (Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties):
- Public Health: Protect and improve community health through prevention, education and advocacy
- Health Care Access: Communities facing health disparities can access quality, affordable health services.
- Housing and Food Security: As a prerequisite for health, community members’ basic needs are met.
Funder Collaboratives and Partnership Funds
Some of Rose Community Foundation’s work in this space includes grantmaking beyond our seven-county Denver metro focus area, across the state of Colorado. If your work outside our geographic focus area aligns specifically with some of these funds, please state that in your inquiry form.
