Leslie joined Rose Community Foundation in April 2026 as the Office Manager. In her role, Leslie supports daily operations and helps create a welcoming, organized environment for staff, partners and community members.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Leslie worked in education for over ten years, most recently with KIPP Colorado Public Schools, where she supported students, families and staff in fast-paced people-centered environments. She also assisted in operational workflows, coordinated events and served as a key point of contact. Her work has focused on building systems and environments that support people and strengthen communities. Leslie is passionate about mission-driven work and is looking forward to contribution to the Foundation’s efforts to expand opportunity and foster a thriving, inclusive Greater Denver region.
Originally from Northwest Arkansas, Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Missouri State University and a master’s degree in Fiction Writing at the University of Denver. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys exploring Denver, spending time outdoors and reading.
