Eliane Walters is an operations and systems professional with extensive experience working within Colorado’s nonprofit community. She is known for thoughtful coordination, strong relationship building and a focus on equity and inclusion, and brings a people-centered approach to organizational logistics and data management.
Prior to joining Rose Community Foundation, Eliane served as Program and Systems Manager at Philanthropy Colorado, where she oversaw event and meeting logistics, maintained organizational databases and supported members and partners through responsive communication and reliable project management.
Eliane also previously worked as Senior Teaching Specialist at the Children’s Museum of Denver and served internationally as an English teacher in Hanoi, Vietnam. Both experiences expanded her adaptability, cultural awareness and commitment to relationship-focused work.
Colleagues know Eliane as organized and warm, bringing both precision and humanity to every project. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University.
