The goal of our Education and Economic Opportunity impact area is to support inclusive pathways to enter, remain and grow in the workforce amidst an evolving economy, which we advance through the following priorities:

• Education-to-Career Continuum: K-12 students can access programs that close gaps within the education system and prepare them for meaningful employment.
• Avenues to Financial Stability: People can gain and maintain employment and have supports to stay in the workforce.
• Workforce Development: Adults have the skills and opportunities that enable them to secure living wage jobs and access career advancement (in industries with high demand).
