Rose Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of one new trustee and five new committee members. These community volunteers provide guidance and expertise to support the Foundation’s mission, programs and policies. All of the appointments were effective January 1, 2014.

Jewish Life Committee – Jennifer Dinn Korman

Steven A. Cohen was elected to serve a five-year term on the Board of Trustees and is currently a member of Rose Community Foundation’s Investment Committee. An attorney, Mr. Cohen is executive vice president of The Anschutz Corporation.

Morris Price, Jr. joined the Committee on Aging. Mr. Price is district director for Congresswoman Diana DeGette. He formerly directed programs at the Daniels Fund, the Gill Foundation and the University of Denver.

Judy Koff is a new member of the Child and Family Development Committee. Ms. Koff, a CPA, was Rose Community Foundation’s first chief financial officer (1995-2002) and currently serves on the boards of several local nonprofits.

Michael Touff joined the Education Committee. Mr. Touff is senior vice president and general counsel at M.D.C. Holdings, a homebuilding firm.

Lilly Marks is a new member of the Health Committee. Ms. Marks is vice president for health affairs for the University of Colorado and executive vice chancellor of the Anschutz Medical Campus.

Jennifer Dinn Korman joined the Jewish Life Committee. A published novelist and community volunteer, Ms. Dinn Korman is on the board of Stanley British Primary School and has served as co-chair of the Colorado Jewish Early Childhood Education Initiative since its inception.
