Josh Gold Named MazelTogether.org Initiative Manager at Rose Community Foundation

Denver, CO – Josh Gold has been named MazelTot.org initiative manager at Rose Community Foundation. Gold will oversee MazelTot.org’s network of partner organizations and serve as a resource to help families with young children connect to Jewish life and one another in Greater Denver and Boulder.

Launched in September 2009, MazelTot.org is a Jewish Life initiative of Rose Community Foundation. At MazelTogether.org, families can explore the offerings of 37 Jewish institutions throughout Greater Denver and Boulder and redeem discounts for big savings on programs and events. MazelTot.org also helps families connect to one another and build community with the help of 12 Parent Connector volunteers.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Gold was the associate director of donor relations at the Community College of Aurora Foundation. He was also youth director for a number of years in the Denver Jewish community at BMH-BJ: The Denver Synagogue and Temple Sinai.

Mr. Gold holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in technical journalism and a Master in Nonprofit Management degree from Regis University. He currently chairs the Finance and Development Committee for YouthRoots and has served on several nonprofit organizations’ boards. An active member of MazelTot.org himself, Gold is the father of two young children.
