Susan Rona is the managing director at Susan Rona & Associates LLC where she works with nonprofit organizations to help them grow, fundraise and build their communities.
Susan has been involved in the Boulder Jewish Community since she moved to the area in 2007. She brings to the table over 26 years of experience utilizing active listening, negotiating and consensus-building in a variety of different roles. Ten of those years were spent working with the Boulder JCC as a professional and lay leader, bringing high-quality and compelling programming to the community. Her strong interpersonal and communicative skills also helped to develop collaborative relationships and key coalitions in a successful $30M capital campaign. She is a former participant in the Wexner Heritage Program, a Jewish learning and leadership development initiative for volunteer leaders in North America.
Susan received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
