Brittany Bailey

Accounting Associate

Brittany joined Rose Community Foundation in July 2023 as an accounting associate. Brittany came to the Foundation from Colorado Outward Bound School, where she served as an accounting and finance manager and later as the interim director of finance and administration. An outdoor education enthusiast, she previously worked at Blue Sky Fund in Richmond, Virginia, as an adventure program manager and, most recently, as their operations director. She held previous supervisory and administrative positions at Riverside Outfitters and the YMCA of Greater Richmond. She holds a BA in Anthropology from James Madison University.
