NOW OPEN | Civic Participation Through Arts and Culture

To support community-wide efforts that build community and promote reconnection after two years of pandemic-related separation and social division, encourage participation in civic life through arts and culture, and promote inclusion and belonging in the Greater Denver region, prioritizing diverse and underrepresented communities. This funding cycle supports cultural events taking place in 2022.
Timeline | Rolling application, to be reviewed as applications are received, February 28 through December 1.
Grant amounts | up to $10,000

Building a Culture of Equitable Social-Emotional Learning in Education

To support programs or projects that seek to build a culture of social-emotional learning and that equitably integrate efforts to strengthen social and emotional needs and academic learning for students PreK-12, addressing adult mindsets and skills as well as school and district policies.
Timeline | Notifications about grant decisions will be sent by August 26.
Grant amounts | Grant amounts may range from $25,000 to $100,000.

Jewish Life

To support organizations and programs that are reflective of Greater Denver’s Jewish communities and offer meaningful and relevant opportunities to engage in Jewish life, while welcoming diverse individuals, families and practices.
Timeline | Organizations will be notified of funding decisions by September 9.
Grant amounts | Grant requests should not exceed 15% of the current year’s operating budget.

Policy and Advocacy Ecosystem

To support organizations leveraging policy and advocacy efforts to help communities furthest from opportunity create conditions for equity, justice, inclusion and engagement.
Timeline | Organizations will be notified of funding decisions by October 28.
Grant amounts | Grant amounts will typically range from $25,000 to $75,000.

Equitable Economic Opportunity and Community Wealth Building

To support efforts to advance economic opportunity, increase and retain access to housing and close the racial wealth gap in the Greater Denver region.
Timeline | Organizations will be notified of funding decisions by December 16.
Grant amounts | Grant amounts will typically range from $25,000 to $75,000.

Nonpartisan Voter Participation and Engagement

To support efforts around nonpartisan voter participation and education in the 2022 Colorado election, prioritizing historically disenfranchised populations.

Roots & Branches Foundation

To support Jewish organizations in the Greater Denver region that are providing safe and welcoming spaces for diverse Jewish community members such as, but not limited to, Jewish individuals of color, Jewish LGBTQ+ individuals and Jewish people with disabilities.
