Jill joined Rose Community Foundation as the Director of Nonprofit Funds and Legacy Giving in February 2025. In this role, she leads efforts to oversee, steward and expand the Foundation’s portfolio of funds that support and benefit nonprofits. She also oversees the endowment building pathway programs and directs the strategy and implementation of the Foundation’s legacy program. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jill served for 13 years as the Executive Director of the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation.
In her 28 years in the non-profit sector, Jill has worked in large community-based organizations and smaller foundations within large professional associations. Jill’s work with the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation focused on supporting teachers through an innovative classroom grant program, distributing scholarships and funding mental health initiatives that increase student access to support services. Jill was a member of the planning committee for the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus, a program within Cherry Creek Schools that offers high school students work based learning opportunities. She helped to bring industry and education together to provide funding and job opportunities for students. This program has been recognized across the state, nationally and internationally. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and traveling around the world.
