After earning a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and receiving her CPA certification, Ms. Koff spent 10 years in the accounting and audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP. Upon leaving public accounting, Koff spent 12 years in chief financial officer positions in both private industry and the nonprofit community. She served as the initial Chief Financial Officer of the Rose Community Foundation from its inception in 1995 through June 2002.
Shortly after Ms. Koff left the workforce in 2002 to become a full-time mother, her family relocated to London for two years. Both before and after returning to Denver, Koff has been an active member of the community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Children’s Hospital Colorado and serves on its Finance Committee. Ms. Koff is a member of the Child and Family Development subcommittee of the Board of Trustees of the Rose Community Foundation.
Ms. Koff was a member of the Board of Directors of Florence Crittenton Services and its Executive and Business committees and served as its Treasurer. She was also a member of the Board of Trustees of Graland Country Day School and also served as Treasurer. Ms. Koff served on the Finance Committee of Denver School of Science and Technology (DSST) and tutored math at DSST’s Cole Middle School.
Before moving to London, she served as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center. She also served on the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Child Health Foundation which oversaw the administration of the State of Colorado’s Child Health Plan Plus and was a director of the Community Cash Flow Fund.
Judy has been married to David Koff for 32 years and has two daughters, Jenny, age 26, and Ali, age 22.
