Before Submitting a Proposal.

Step 1: Make sure to carefully review the Grants Process and What We Fund sections of this site.

Step 2: If you don’t already have one, create an account in Rose Community Foundation’s grants portal, the one-stop-shop for managing your application to or grant from Rose Community Foundation. All applications and associated documentation (grant reports, documentation of matching funds, etc.) will need to be accessed, completed and submitted through the grants portal. Note: To gain access to an account managed by a former staff member, please contact our grants manager.

Step 3: Log into the grants portal. There you will be able to start a new project/program, general operating support application, or capital letter of intent using the Apply button.

Step 4: Track your application process. Your applicant dashboard also allows you to view the status of an application or grant, review previously submitted items, monitor upcoming deadlines and take action on reports and other follow up items.
