Gordon joined Rose Community Foundation in April 2026 as the Operations Coordinator. In his role, Gordon supports grant administration, maintains accurate data across systems and ensures smooth committee and governance processes that power the Foundation’s impact. Gordon is passionate about strengthening organizational effectiveness through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. He brings a background in public diplomacy, international affairs and government operations with experience in federal agencies, international institutions and the private sector.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Gordon supported compliance operations at McKinsey & Company, emergency communications initiatives at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and international affairs support with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Earlier in his career, Gordon contributed to transatlantic engagement efforts with the European Parliament Liaison Office (EPLO) and supported public diplomacy programming in the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt. Across these roles, Gordon developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and strategic communications across diverse environments. He is motivated by his commitment to community engagement and education, which was demonstrated by his service with City Year New Hampshire during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and leading outreach initiatives at the U.S. Consulate and EPLO.
Originally from Connecticut, Gordon brings a strong commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and public service. He holds a master’s degree in international affairs from American University, with a regional focus on Germany and the European Union, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of work, Gordon enjoys playing and watching soccer and hockey, reading science fiction, and participating in tabletop games and Dungeons & Dragons.
