2012 Grantmaking Focus
Rose Women’s Organization (RWO) awards grants to improve the health, education and welfare of women, children and families in the Greater Denver community.
RWO’s 2012 grantmaking focus is on childhood hunger. We will make grants to Denver-area organizations with programs that support women and/or children in the following potential areas:

Food banks and/or food pantries

Programs that provide direct assistance (such as school backpack programs, summer programs, etc.)
-
Programs that give people access to food and food education in creative ways (e.g., urban farms)
-
Organizations that do policy work and education around this issue
