Director of Operations and Information
Marci Hladik manages the Foundation's internal processes, databases and systems, and information technology.
Ms. Hladik moved to Denver and joined the Foundation in 2006 after living in Michigan where she was project manager for NPower Michigan, a nonprofit that strived to put technology know-how in the hands of other nonprofits. She tackled many roles and duties in her time there including communications, training and technology consulting. Before that, she was an office manager for a mental health clinic and was active in the American Red Cross as a volunteer and graduate intern.
She has a master of social work degree from the University of Michigan with concentrations in community organizing, and communities and social systems. She graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University with a bachelor of social work and minors in sociology and women and gender studies. While she was a senior, she was named an Indiana Woman of Distinction by Ball State University.
Ms. Hladik is passionate about community and has served on the boards of the League of Women Voters Denver and Revision International. She also enjoys knitting, staring at her computer screen, and exploring everything Colorado has to offer – from sledding in the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve to enjoying a good hot tub in Estes Park.
