Denver, CO—Kelli Rojas has been named grants manager at Rose Community Foundation. In this capacity, she oversees the operational aspects of the Foundation’s grantmaking program.
Before joining Rose Community Foundation, Rojas managed grantmaking processes for the global grants portfolio and all data-driven and operational excellence-related projects at the Western Union Foundation. She also worked to build the capacity of Colorado nonprofit organizations for a number of years during her tenure at Community Resource Center (CRC).
Rojas serves as Communications Chair for the Grants Managers Network Rocky Mountain Chapter, President of the alumni board for the University of Denver’s (DU) leadership program and as a Boettcher Foundation Ambassador. A two-time graduate of DU, Rojas holds a master’s degree in international development, with a focus on nonprofit management and the Latin American region, as well as a bachelor’s degree in international studies and Spanish.
“As a Denver native and a nonprofit sector professional, I have watched Rose Community Foundation’s incredible impact on our community unfold from a relatively close distance over the years,” says Rojas. “Now, I could be neither more thrilled nor more honored to join this team and to help enable our partners’ crucial work in the Greater Denver community.”
