Jean Galloway’s extensive community relations experience comes from her more than 35 years working in the Greater Denver community, 13 of which were spent at 9KUSA as vice president, community relations. Throughout her professional and personal experiences, she has developed strong relationships in the business, political and nonprofit arenas. She is passionate about helping clients build important relationships within the community.
Outside the office, Ms. Galloway is an avid sports fan with a particular passion for the Denver Broncos. The last few years she served as chair of Denver Sports Commission, where she led the organization through a transitional period to become part of Visit Denver and created an inaugural event, the Top Moments in Sports. As a member of the board of the Rose Community Foundation, she was instrumental in helping launch the Boomers Leading Change initiative, which continues to have an impact in the community and has established Boomers Leading Change in Health. She is currently a member of Rose Community Foundation’s Committee on Aging. She has also served as former board chair of the Governor’s Residence Preservation Fund, founding member of the recently established Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Foundation and is a member of the Women’s Forum of Colorado. She is married to Dr. Ben Galloway; they have two daughters, Cindy Kellogg and Katie Seawell, and three grandchildren.
