In addition, in the interests of good governance, Rose Community Foundation observes a rigorous conflict of interest policy and a whistleblower policy for its trustees, committee members and staff.

Governance

Rose Community Foundation is governed by a committed group of volunteers. The Board of Trustees provides leadership and sets Foundation policy. Committee members lend their time and talents to many activities, including reviewing funding requests and managing Foundation investments.
